DISCLAIMER AND CANCELLATION POLICY:
Kindly be informed that JUMBO Caterers will not be responsible or liable for any form of catering services shortcomings resulting from:-
[1] Unconfirmed event orders with any ongoing changes 10 (ten) days prior to the event date,
[2] Not employing the advised minimum required/recommended catering logistics, staff and transport, corresponding to the event order  specifications for catering mobilization; and
[3] The sudden increase in market prices of major ingredients that would require a re-quote of the event order reflecting prevailing ingredient prices.
As a result, JUMBO Caterers reserves the full and exclusive right to apply an additional variable surcharge fee or to cancel and not accept fulfilling the event order altogether.
