Tengku Azham b. Tengku Ali
Chairman
Tengku Azham b. Tengku Ali graduated from the University of Southern New Hampshire, USA with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Services and further went on to complete his MBA in 1986.
He served the Royal Malaysian Customs between 1970 to 1990 before joining the corporate world, starting as a General Manager in Australian Malaysian Livestock Trading Sdn Bhd, a rabbit rearing industry.
In order to capitalize on his in-depth knowledge gained during his time with Royal Malaysian Customs, Tengku Azham started providing consultancy works involving import and export of Malaysian and Indonesian products specialising in coffee premixes and health products.
He has since actively involved in the management of various agricultural and development projects in the country.
The Late Dr. Gurunathan K. Muthusamy (Hon. PhD)
Co-Founder
A self-learned and savvy individual, the late Dr. Gurunathan joined the catering industries as a Chef in 1978 with Syarikat Little Caterers. After 25 glorious years of contributing towards the tremendous growth of the company where Syarikat Little Caterers grew to be a household name, Dr. Gurunathan who was holding the portfolio as Director of Purchasing and Production, left to pursue his own dreams.
JUMBO was conceived because of two things - Dr. Gurunathan understood what people wanted when it came to catering and he had a genuine passion for it. Based on his experience and insights, this forward-thinking man applied them successfully into JUMBO.
Dr. Gurunathan was the co-founding member and also the former Managing Director of JUMBO Group of Companies. He was also a member of the Chef Association of Malaysia. He had received his honorary doctorate in entrepreneurship in 2010 for his contribution to the catering industry.
Chithra Devi K.M. Perumal
Director
Ms. Chithra Devi is one of the key members who shaped JUMBO to what it is today. Ms. Chithra brings with her eighteen years of administration experience from SCS Computers Sdn Bhd (currently Kompakar Inc. Berhad) to the company.
Diviyah Gurunathan
Director
Ms. Diviyah was appointed as the Director in December 2012 after the passing of the late Dr. Gurunathan K. Muthusamy. Since then, she has completed her Bachelors Degree in International Business in Help University. As the youngest member of the management team, Ms. Diviyah is eager to learn and grow the business.
B. Jegathambigai N. Balakrishnan
Director of Accounts
A banker with deep experience, Ms. B. Jegathambigai was designated as the Director of Accounts since January 2008. Her knowledge encompasses 22 years of banking in various positions in operations and credit from Bumiputra Commerce Bank Berhad (currently CIMB Bank Berhad).
Nantha Kumaran Rajah Gopal
Group General Manager
Mr. Nantha Kumar has been in the company since 2012. Prior to this he was with Sunway Resort Hotel & Spa for 7 years at managerial level. Mr. Nantha graduated from Canterbury University in Business Management.
Kangatharan S.T. Pillai
Company Secretary
Mr. Kangatharan is the Company Secretary since incorporation. He became an Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators, UK in 1987. In 1988 he commences practice at Tharan Consultants and obtained his license from the Registrar of Companies, Malaysia in 1993.

Lee Chiang Shing
Auditor & Chartered Accountant
Mr. Lee Chiang Shin is our Company Accountant. He holds a BA (Hons) Accounting & Finance degree from Middlesex University. He became an Associate Member of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants in 2002 and a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants in 2003. He was in public practice in various audit and tax position in Kuala Lumpur. Later he joined Matsushita Electric Company Berhad as an accountant between periods 2002 to 2004. He is also a Director of Franfel Corporate Services Sdn Bhd, a company providing company secretarial and corporate services and accounting services.
